Meet the Founder

Regina Gladmon | Founder, New Jerusalem Financial Wellness

Regina Gladmon is a financial wellness educator, executive sales professional and client advocate whose work centers on listening, building trust and helping people navigate difficult decisions. With more than a decade of experience in executive sales, customer relations, financing support and business development, she brings both practical knowledge and compassion to conversations about money.

Her professional background includes executive sales consulting in the automotive industry, where she guided customers through significant purchasing decisions, discussed financing options and developed lasting client relationships. She earned Salesperson of the Year recognition in 2018 and 2019. Those years strengthened her ability to understand individual needs, explain complex information clearly and support people as they weigh their options.

For nearly three years, Regina has worked with clients at National Debt Relief. Her responsibilities include reviewing household budgets, identifying affordability concerns and assessing whether continued participation in a debt relief program serves a client’s circumstances and interests. She also discusses alternative options, including bankruptcy, and supports clients experiencing significant financial stress.

Through this work, Regina has witnessed how financial hardship can affect a person’s confidence, relationships and sense of hope. These conversations deepened her desire to help people understand their financial starting point and develop practical skills they can use throughout their lives.

That purpose inspired New Jerusalem Financial Wellness, a program focused on financial literacy, budgeting, bill organization and accountability. Regina’s approach begins with understanding the person behind the numbers: their income, obligations, concerns and goals. She believes a useful financial plan must reflect the life someone is actually living—and provide room for honest questions, informed choices and steady progress.

Regina completed college coursework in English literature and technical communications. Her professional development has also been shaped by years of direct client service, business experience and her work as a writer and creative project coordinator. Together, these experiences inform her ability to make information approachable and create space for conversations people may find difficult to begin.

Grounded in faith and a commitment to service, Regina is building New Jerusalem Financial Wellness around a simple belief: people deserve dignity, clear information and practical support as they work toward financial stability.

Our Mission

Clear information. Practical skills. Support for informed decisions.

New Jerusalem Financial Wellness helps people understand their financial starting point and build practical skills for everyday money decisions. Our focus is financial literacy, budgeting, bill organization and accountability.

We begin with the person behind the numbers—their income, obligations, concerns and goals. Through clear information and compassionate support, we help clients develop a plan that reflects their circumstances and supports steady progress.

The Ferris Wheel Community Program is a separate component with its own participation requirements and controls. Financial Wellness education and coaching do not guarantee financial assistance, debt reduction or a particular financial result.

Our Values

Compassion

We see the person behind every bill and every need. Dignity first.

Fairness

We listen without judgment and respect each person’s circumstances and goals.

Transparency

We explain our services, expectations and costs clearly so people can make informed choices.
